Process

1) Free Introductory Call

Good collaboration requires trust and transparency. In a free introductory call (via Zoom or telephone, up to 30 minutes) we get a first impression of each other, address organizational questions and explore modalities of a potential collaboration. After that, I am happy to make a non-binding offer and we decide on the collaboration. Of course, agreeing to a non-binding call does not oblige you to attend any sessions.

2) First Session

The first session is designed to provide an initial overview of your topics, to understand your concerns and to clarify your expectations and goals for the sessions. We will discuss your objectives and delve into your topics for the first time. You will get to know my approach and my way of working. 

3) Your Decision: Individual Session(s) or a Package

After the first session, you decide whether you want to see the session as an individual session or as part of a package of 3 or 5 sessions. You decide what suits you and your needs.

4) Subsequent Sessions

You decide on the number and content of the further sessions. We design the process at eye level, individually and needs-oriented.

5) Follow-Up

3 months after the end of our sessions, I am happy to offer you a follow-up. It can take place online or possibly an e-mail can also suffice. You decide what you need for a good wrap-up.

Costs

• Free introductory call “Chemistry Call" (via Zoom or telephone, up to 30 minutes)

• Individuals: Single session 270 euros (1.5 hours) / package of 3 (3 sessions within 5 months) 750 euros (250 euros per session) / package of 5 (5 sessions within 7 months) 1,200 euros (240 euros per session)

• Groups & Teams: Single session 370 euros (1.5 hours) / package of 3 (3 sessions within 5 months) 1,050 euros (350 euros per session) / package of 5 (5 sessions within 7 months) 1,700 euros (340 euros per session)

• All prices plus VAT

• Session length: 90 minutes (1.5 hours)

• Session location: Berlin or online

Scope & Duration

We jointly tailor the scope and duration of our collaboration to your individual needs during the first session. In my experience, systemic work can be successful after just a few sessions. Usually, 3 or 5 sessions are taken in the form of a package. We also decide on the time between sessions individually. Typically, the interval between sessions is between 2 and 6 weeks. ​

Confidentiality

I am bound by law to maintain confidentiality. What I learn in our sessions remains one hundred percent with me and in the room. I will not pass on any information to third parties without your express written consent.

Invoice

After the first session, you decide whether you want to take the session as an individual session or as part of a 3/5 package. After that, you or your employer will receive the corresponding invoice for the individual session or the selected package within one calendar week, which can be paid within 7 calendar days.

Cancellations & Postponements

Sessions can be canceled or postponed for free up to 72 hours (3 days) before the session.

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel or postpone it at least three days before the agreed date. Otherwise I will have to charge you for the appointment.
