After completing my studies in law and economics, I worked in various contexts - including politics, management consulting, start-ups and law firms - on the topics of communication, conflict management, mediation and change processes. Among others, I worked at the German Federal Foreign Office (crisis communication, peace mediation and conflict management), in a Berlin start-up (communication strategy and stakeholder management), in specialized law firms (mediation and media/press/expression law) and in an international management consultancy for people & change in the area of strategy & transformation (HR, change management, leadership and team development).
As a certified mediator, certified systemic personal & business coach, certified systemic couples counselor, HR consultant for people & change and admitted attorney, I support people in personal and professional development and change processes - both in individual and group settings. With a passion for change & transformation, I accompany sustainable change in relationships, leadership, motivation & communication.

Empowerment is a core theme for me - supporting people on their path to growth & self-determination inspires me! I believe in the potential of every person to develop, grow and live a self-determined life. Empathy, compassion and the promotion of personal growth are values that guide me.
It is wonderful to guide and support people as they utilize different challenges as opportunities for development and positive change.
