My Path
After studying law (Bachelor of Laws and Attorney at Law) and business management (Master in Business), I worked at the Federal Foreign Office of Germany (crisis communication, peace mediation and conflict management), in a Berlin start-up (communication strategy and stakeholder management), in specialized law firms (mediation and media/press/expression law) and in an international management consultancy for people & change in the area of strategy & transformation (communication, conflict management/mediation, change management, moderation, team development).
I am a certified mediator, certified systemic personal & business coach and certified systemic couples counselor. In the course of my professional career, I completed extensive training and further education in the areas of mediation & conflict management, systemic coaching and systemic couples counseling, including training at the Coaching Academy Berlin and the International Society for Systemic Therapy Heidelberg.
I guide and support individuals, couples, groups and teams in development and change processes on the topics of communication & conflict, relationships, career & purpose in individual and group settings.
Empowerment is a matter close to my heart.
It is wonderful to guide and support people as they utilize different challenges as opportunities for development and positive change.
After all, times of upheaval, uncertainty or doubt, although not always easy, hold a lot of potential: to get to know yourself better and shape your future in a way that suits your own abilities, needs and interests.
I believe in the potential of each individual to develop and grow. Everyone has the capacity for self-determination and can make independent decisions that can lead to a fulfilling life.

I grew up in Düsseldorf, I have family and friends in Cologne, and have been living in Berlin with my husband and our two cats for around 10 years.
