You are the expert for yourself. You already have the answers to your questions within you and just need a little help to access them.

Interpersonal dynamics are complex. We can often only grasp a small section of reality. Our perception is limited and our knowledge incomplete. Systemic thinking means not automatically deducing the big picture from a small section. A does not necessarily lead to B. Questions are therefore the most important tool for shedding a little more light on things. No universal advice and tips.
