I guide and support your process by using structure, systemic questions and impulses to let you look through doors that may have been invisible or closed up in the past and enable you to consciously decide for yourself which doors you want to go through.

Interpersonal dynamics are complex. We can often only grasp a small section of reality. Our perception is limited and our knowledge incomplete. Systemic thinking means not automatically deducing the big picture from a small section. A does not necessarily lead to B. Questions are therefore the most important tool for shedding a little more light on things. No universal advice and tips.
