Mentoring & Sparring (30 min) offers compact, regular support for people who want to reflect continuously and develop further. In short, focused meetings, we create space to sort experiences, review decisions and turn insights into action.

This format is particularly suitable during phases of change, (self-)leadership, growth or reorientation – when the focus is less on an acute conflict or a single issue and more on long-term development, balance and inner clarity.

The regular meetings provide structure, reflection and orientation: you take a conscious look at current topics, gain clarity and new perspectives, and move forward with meaningful next steps. Between sessions, you receive individual reflection and exploration tasks to deepen your development in everyday life and anchor meaningful change.

Mentoring & Sparring offers professionals and (emerging) leaders a structured space to explore topics such as self-leadership, communication, and role development with focus and depth.

Through regular virtual meetings, I act as your Sparring- und Cheer-Accountability Partner – combining systemic insight, analytical depth, and practical relevance. You’ll receive impulses, feedback, and individual reflection tasks to enhance leadership competence, decision-making, and professional effectiveness.

I’m your Sparring & Cheer-Accountability Partner: I listen, ask questions, offer impulses, help you take focused next steps, celebrate your progress, and support you in staying on track – even when things feel challenging.
