Coaching & Mediation

Focused depth & clear direction: a space for clarity, development and decisions — for people who want to work on a specific issue, understand patterns or resolve conflicts.

90 minutes sessions

Focused Deep-Dive

Coaching & Mediation (90 min) offer an intensive, structured space for in-depth reflection and change. In longer, focused sessions, we explore your topic thoroughly, understand recurring patterns and develop perspectives that open new pathways forward.

This format is particularly suitable when you want to work on a specific issue, navigate a challenging situation or resolve a conflict – whether personal, relational or professional. It provides the depth needed to clarify concerns, untangle dynamics and approach decisions with greater insight and confidence.

A 90-minute session gives you time for clarity, development and resolution: you examine your topic consciously, gain new understanding and identify sustainable next steps. The process supports you in navigating complexity, strengthening communication and moving toward meaningful, lasting change – individually, as a couple or within a team.

Benefits:

  • Continuous support through small, effective steps

  • Focus on self-leadership, balance, and development

  • Personalised reflection and exploration tasks between meetings

Best suited for:

  • Professionals and leaders facing complex challenges or decisions

  • Couples, families or teams with communication or conflict-related issues

  • Anyone who wants to work intensively on a specific topic or concern

Newplacement Consulting – career reorientation, positioning and professional transitions

Career changes are rarely simple decisions. They are often driven by the desire for clarity, purpose and a professional direction that genuinely aligns with one’s strengths, needs and values.

Many people come to Newplacement Consulting after experiencing an involuntary job loss, a sense of being stuck, changing organizational conditions or the wish for a new, meaningful direction. In all of these situations, Newplacement provides structured, clarifying and relieving support.

Newplacement Consulting helps you shape professional transitions and new beginnings consciously, strategically and with a strong sense of agency. At the center are your professional identity, your strengths and the question of which conditions a future role must meet for you to thrive.

In a structured, non-judgmental space, we work together to

  • gain orientation and clarify priorities,

  • assess and evaluate professional options,

  • sharpen your positioning,

  • prepare upcoming decisions, and

  • develop clear, actionable next steps.

I support you with systemic questions, strategic reflection and practical guidance — so you can navigate your transition well-prepared, grounded and with renewed confidence.

Professional transition phases can be intense, challenging and emotional — and that is completely okay. They also carry enormous potential: the opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and to shape a future that reflects your strengths, needs and interests. Even if the journey is not always easy: you will emerge stronger — and I will support you along the way.

Team Mediation – conflict resolution, collaboration and communication

Systemic Team Mediation is a confidential and structured process to help resolve conflicts within teams and organizations voluntarily and independently. As a certified mediator, I guide you through the process in a structured, independent, impartial manner and without decision-making authority.

Mediation aims to resolve specific challenges in the present and simultaneously create the basis for a better future together. The focus lies on the creative and sustainable resolution of specific conflicts, with short to medium-term support.

Good collaboration is a skill that can be learned - it requires transparent, emotional communication and the development of safe communication and conflict rules. This involves not only how to resolve conflicts, but also how to build an open and supportive corporate culture. Practical exercises and interactive methods strengthen the ability to manage conflicts in such a way as to ensure that they are not destructive, but can be used as an opportunity for personal and collective growth.

Key Facts:

Focus: Specific current conflicts, context-dependent challenges

Time frame: Present + future

Duration: Short to medium-term (usually 3-5 sessions)

Time- and cost-efficient: Mediation is generally faster, cheaper and associated with a lower cost risk than court proceedings

5 Phases of Mediation (5-Phases Model):

The mediation process is divided into 5 essential phases. At the beginning, you establish the basis for your cooperation by means of a working agreement. You then describe your view of the conflict one after the other and collect topics that you would like to discuss together. We then look at the underlying interests and needs. Finally, you develop and work on solution options and, if you wish, bring these to a final agreement.

Confidential individual pre-mediation meetings (45 minutes) are not required for every case, but they can be highly valuable in certain situations — for example when topics are complex, emotions are high, or when you want to ensure a well-prepared and safe starting point.

Relationship Counseling & Couples Coaching – fostering understanding, connection and new perspectives

Similarities connect. Differences are invitations. I guide and support you in shaping your relationship in a way that feels good and harmonious for you.

I support couples in mastering times of change and challenges and emerging stronger as individuals and – if desired – as a couple. My approach helps to create clarity, to strengthen communication and connection and to develop new perspectives for the future. After all, particularly in turbulent times, a couple's relationship can be a stable anchor – and at the same time provide new drive.

I support you in:

  • Communicating openly and appreciatively to avoid misunderstandings and strengthen trust.

  • Activating strengths and resources to utilize current challenges as potential for individual and mutual growth.

  • Gaining new perspectives to recognize opportunities in changes and develop constructive solutions.

Systemic Relationship Counseling & Couples Coaching aims to empower people to make good decisions for themselves. This means becoming more self-aware, developing reflective thought processes and forming an authentic mindset towards your relationship and partner.

Systemic Relationship Counseling & Couples Coaching creates a space in which the psychological experience and underlying needs are brought into focus. In medium to long-term support, communication and dynamic interaction at relationship level are explored with the aim of finding ways to deal with differences. Resolving conflicts is not the primary goal here – dealing with them is more important.

"Fighting well" is a skill that can be learned – it requires transparent, emotional communication and the development of safe communication and conflict rules. This involves not only how to resolve conflicts, but also how to build an open and supportive dialogue culture. Practical exercises and interactive methods strengthen the ability to manage conflicts in such a way as to ensure that they are not destructive, but can be used as an opportunity for personal and collective growth.

Key Facts:

Focus: Fundamental topics and needs, communication and dynamic interaction at relationship level, essential behaviors

Time frame: Past + present + future

Duration: Medium to long-term (usually 5-8 sessions)

Comprehensive: Addressing underlying structures that influence the relationship as a whole

I particularly enjoy working with these models & interventions:

  • Nonviolent Communication

  • Traffic light system for emotion regulation

  • 4-Ear Model

  • 5:1 ratio pos./neg. interactions

  • Stress Theory Model: Dyadic Coping

Couples & Family Mediation – structured process for clarification, understanding and constructive conflict resolution

Systemic Couples and Family Mediation is a confidential and structured process to help resolve conflicts within relationships and families voluntarily and independently. Mediation aims to resolve specific challenges in the present and simultaneously create the basis for a better future together. The focus lies on the creative and sustainable resolution of specific conflicts, with short to medium-term support.

Mediation is not only time and cost efficient, but also flexible. It offers a valuable alternative to court proceedings in order to resolve conflicts sustainably.

Key Facts:

Focus: Specific current conflicts, context-dependent challenges

Time frame: Present + future

Duration: Short to medium-term (usually 3-5 sessions)

Time- and cost-efficient: Mediation is generally faster, cheaper and associated with a lower cost risk than court proceedings

Distinction from Therapy:

I am not a therapist. In mediation, we do not explore the past in detail with the aim of healing it. Instead, we look at past situations or examples only to the extent that they help us understand the present and shape a different future. The guiding question is: How much of your past do you need to understand in order to create the tomorrow you want?
