I work with leaders & professionals and teams who are facing transitions, decisions or complex challenges – and who seek a structured, safe space to navigate them. My focus includes career transitions, role changes, (self-)leadership, team dynamics, decision-making and professional development.

We carry many answers and resources within us – yet professional complexity, expectations and dynamics can make it difficult to access them. I create a clear and structured space for you: professional and non-judgmental, resource- and solution-oriented, strategic and practical. Together, we build orientation, analyse patterns, develop new perspectives and shape the steps that truly fit your goals, roles and context.

I work with systemic questions, proven tools, strategic reflection and insights from research, models and many years of practice in coaching, consulting, HR, leadership and change management. The aim is a clear, effective and sustainable way through professional change and challenges – without pressure, but with structure, clarity and depth.
